What is iTransport / ITExternITransport® is a real-time communication and information system for internal transport in hospitals.ITransport® automatically assigns tasks to the employees of this service. The task is shown on the display of a mobile device. The employee can accept the task via a code. Disruptions in the process (patient not ready / elevator occupied / goods not present) can easily be fed back via a code.When the employee is ready, he/she reports this and automatically receives a next assignment that fits his/her profile and is as close as possible.The users (Nursing departments / Treatment departments / Service desk / etc.) have an overview of the status of all tasks that apply to them. They can see, among other things, which tasks are in progress and what time the task is expected to be ready.
